Vessel Bulletin enquiries

For access, account, bulletin or availability issues, provide the email associated with the account, language, date and a precise description. Do not send passwords or unnecessary documents.

Data protection and accessibility

Data-protection rights requests should identify the processing as “Vessel Bulletin Portal”. Accessibility messages should include the URL, barrier, technology used and requested alternative format. You may use the General Registry and the Port Authority’s corporate channels.

Responsible vulnerability disclosure

If you identify a possible vulnerability, report it confidentially to the institutional contact with the subject “Security – Vessel Bulletin”. Include a description, minimum reproduction steps, estimated impact and contact details. Do not access other people’s data, alter information, disrupt the service, perform denial-of-service tests or publish the finding before receiving a response.

Receipt will be recorded and coordinated with technical and security officers. This channel does not authorise intrusive testing and does not replace official emergency or maritime-safety channels.

Operational channels

This page and the general email are not nautical coordination or emergency channels. For port operations, navigation or safety, use the official contacts and systems established by the Port Authority of Bilbao.
