Accessibility statement

The Port Authority of Bilbao is committed to making boletin.bilbaoport.eus accessible in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of public-sector websites and mobile applications.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018 due to the exceptions and issues listed below. The website provides keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic structure, labelled forms, accessible messages and a textual alternative to external cartography.

Non-accessible content

  • Some historical or table-heavy PDF bulletins may have limitations in tagging, reading order or reflow. An equivalent HTML view is provided where available, and an accessible version may be requested.
  • The interactive Google map is third-party content and some functions may not meet every requirement. The same essential data is provided in tables and through a local alternative.
  • Occasional drafting or translation issues may remain in administrative content and are corrected through maintenance.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 10 July 2026 through a technical self-assessment of the website, code review, keyboard navigation, zoom, contrast, forms, languages, map alternative and documents. It will be reviewed at least annually and after material changes or an accessibility audit.

Feedback and contact information

You may report a failure, request accessible information or submit a complaint through Contact and security or the General Registry of the Port Authority of Bilbao. Identify the page, the issue, the technology used and the alternative format required.

Requests for accessible information and complaints will be processed under the applicable procedure. If the response is unsatisfactory, you may initiate the enforcement procedure under Article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018 before the competent unit of the Port Authority.
